Scorpios: Have you ever wanted to keep a garden? If you have, were you successful?

Out of Curiousity: Scorpio followers, what do you ship?

Q
Hi! I just found your blog and I´ve been reading it for like an hour or something now, I love it! Love reading about astrology and about scorpios (maybe because I am one myself) :) My question is: If a scorpio were a villain, who would it be?
A

Hmmmm… I DID say Him a while back… But he’s from a cartoon.

If we’re talking movies, I’d go with Hades.

Yep. Definitely Hades.

Scorpios and Change

Well, You all have heard me talk about the effect on Scorpios change can have. Scorpios are a fixed sign, and therefore resistant to change. We don’t like it, or, tend to resist it unconsciously.

However, Scorpio is also a sign of desire. There is some strange part of us that, oddly enough desires change. And that desire is driven by fear.

Yes, within all human beings there is a desire to be scared, to be afraid,

but more so in Scorpios, we are subconsciously afraid of one thing more than change: boredom

To a Scorpio, boredom is torment. Deep down inside of us, if we push past the desire for a complacent, steady well-being, we find a stirring question:

“Would I want it to be this way forever?”

Fear and desire are two sides of the same coin.

And, as they say, “Variety is the spice of life!”

Sometimes Scorpios know the risks of getting close to someone, but deliberately let themselves feel vulnerable. Just so they’re reminded that love does come with hazards.

A Scorpio will only call you by your nickname if they genuinely like you.

Hello!

How are you all? Gosh, it seems like it’s been forever… eheheh„. I know I must seem like the man of a million excuses but, It has been one hell of an exciting week.

I had to leave tumblr alone for a while because I recently moved in with my boyfriend, Levi! *claps* We’re very happy together (in case you were wondering).

It took so long for me to get back online because our apartment’s wifi refused to work and we had to have a guy come out and fix it. :( Also, my roomate T.J moved out of our old shared apartment into a single nearby. She’s still close though, so it’s okay.

IM POSTING AGAIN, YAY! :D

also Levi’s a Capricorn, in case you were wondering

Compatibility Between Scorpio and the Other Signs

Listed from LEAST to GREATEST.

Keep in mind I order them this way based on my own research, and I don’t do this for a living. (If you have your own list, share it!)

  1. Gemini: Geminis are the Orange to Scorpio’s Blue. And not in a good way. Geminis tend to be emotional lightweights, and don’t like hashing out deep conversation. They’re veritable social butterflies, so pairing one with a Scorpio is akin to hooking up a cheerleader captain with a goth.(the high-school, baby-bat kind, of course. Absolutely no offence intended.)
  2. Leo: Leos and Scorpios make decent coworkers, but Scorpios tend to get turned off by Leo’s pretentious nature. Yes, it is just the way they do things, the way they protect themselves, but it can get quite annoying after you’ve known them for a while. However, Scorpios admire Leo’s social skills, so there may be hope yet.
  3. Aquarius: I’ll admit, A Scorpio having a crush on an Aquarius is fairly common. They tend to be very appealing from far away, what with their rebellious, independent nature. But, Aquarius’s have a fiercely independent, freedom-craving nature (Sound familiar?) and may appear to be less than loyal. Not good for Scorpios who want solid, trusting relationships.
  4. Aries: Not bad, but not really compatible either. Aries likes to be in charge. All. The. Goddamn. Time. They are also prone to condescension, which is a quick turn off for Scorpios. However, Aries’s leadership skills and honesty are a plus to the Scorpio. There is also a large amount of sexual passion between these two, so…
  5. Sagittarius: This pair make excellent, maybe even lifelong, friends. Really. But, Sagittarius’s are tactless. Strike one. Sagittarius’s have a tendency to flee from serious situations. Strike two. But! A Sagittarius is capable of cheering a Scorpio up all the way, and they also don’t mind Scorpio’s obsessive nature. Is that enough to prevent a strike three…?
  6. Libra: Ah, of course THIS sign is in the middle of the road. You know, that is precisely what seems to drive Scorpios away from this sign: Their indecisive nature. On top of that, Libras will lie to protect the feelings of others, which can be INFURIATING. However, Libras are loyal and complimentary, and always have something good to say. Scorpios often find they see within Libras qualities they lack themselves. They tend to stay together once they get together.
  7. Pisces: Er… This sign is a mixed bag. Pisces are very caring, and very soft-hearted. However, like Sagittarius, they do not like tough situations and tend to flee. However, they are great for a Scorpio looking to take care of someone, and looking for someone who will play therapist after a stressful day. Also: They’re surprisingly funny.
  8. Scorpio: Sex. There is a lot of sexual energy in this pairing’s dynamic. On top of that, these signs have a trusting bond that makes for a solid relationship foundation. However, if this pairing gets into a fight, it can be disastrous.
  9. Virgo: Virgos are neat freaks, as well as critical and assumptive. They are also a pain in the ass when they’re mad. But, they are very loving partners, and tend to keep their promises. They also have a lot of sexual energy, and love to seduce their partners. So, they go together with Scorpio well.
  10. Taurus: Taurus is the flip-side sign to Scorpio. They are patient, mellow, with a tendency to be stubborn. They really do know, however, to make a Scorpio feel genuinely loved. Really. Also, they will stick up for their friends and for their partner. Aside from the stubbornness, this sign is highly compatible. Almost perfect.
  11. Cancer: Cancers are sweet babies. They love to nurture and they’re not the type to talk about someone behind their back. They also tend to be physically soft-bodied, and submissive when it comes to sex, which is a good combo for a (particularly dominant) Scorpio. Cancers are also great conversationalists, and like to play fair.
  12. Capricorn: And last, but certainly not least, we have Capricorn. Capricorns are witty, intelligent, and emotionally repressive. They desire a lover who will allow them to express themselves without being judged, which is right up Scorpio’s alley. The plainspoken, honest love a Scorpio can get from a Capricorn is incredible, making this particular pairing my favorite for Scorpio.

Scorpios, what is one thing that makes you get emotional that other people might find strange?
